As a menstrual cycle coach, I believe women and menstruators have a certain magic within them. There is a natural rhythm within our bodies that guides us through the creative process. Each month, we experience a cycle of life and death, rest and run, and extraversion and introversion, void and inspiration.

Since I was a kid, I've been in love with creating. Writing stories with elaborate characters, inventing small businesses with my best friends, and pasting collages across endless pages.
