I’d recommend this course to anyone looking to understand their body more and get the most out of their cycle.
The course taught me how to ride the waves of productivity during my Spring/Summer cycle seasons and how to be empathetic with myself and rest during my Autumn/Winter cycle seasons.

Even if you think you know how your cycle works, still take this course.
I grew up with a single mom who was a nurse, so I thought I knew it all. Lauren really breaks it down as to what weeks are best for creativity, reflection, rest, even what weeks you will feel more like being photographed (essential if you are the face of your company!)
The biggest take away was definitely giving myself time to slow down and feel less guilty about it. It's like going through this course helped give me more permission to stop, rest, heal and get ready to start over again.
To be perfectly honest, tracking my cycle is not something I had ever done (or thought to do!) before meeting Lauren.
Through her course and tools, I have gained a much greater understanding not only of who (and why) I am who I am, but also how to optimize my life within my cycle.
It is truly shocking how little I knew about myself to this point. Having got my first period in the early 90s, menstruation simply wasn’t something that I talked about or even really considered much. It was a nuisance only. Certainly not something I embraced or celebrated.
There is a great deal of relief having this new understanding of my cycle.
I no longer question why I feel a certain way at a certain time of the month, or beat myself up for not having the energy to do my to do list every day. It’s also extremely empowering to have a handle on my peak performance days. I can recognize those high energy days (maximize the incredible super powers I have during them) and go easy on myself on the days I need more rest.
Changed my life. Five stars. Highly recommend.

The Den is like finding a secret club of women from all over the world (which is super cool).
It's a club of women to just BE with, be your creative and vulnerable self with, and where you leave feeling filled up and inspired. The Den was a magical, grounded container that I felt came at the perfect time for me.
A space to hold me accountable and allow me to explore my curiosities in a safe and playful way. Lauren and each of the Den's women held space for me in such a present and nurturing energy. Both through the circles and the Voxer chat I felt inspired, seen and held by the women sharing this space with me.
As someone who doesn't (yet) have a business, it was really lovely being around others who are at various stages of their self employment journey. Initially I thought maybe (pre-booking the Den) that the space wouldn't work for me because I didn't have a business to work on, but I found it really inspiring to witness others share where they were at and I'm sure the wisdom will filter into my own future creative endeavours.
